Questions People Ask Before Booking

  • Your three items, setup before the party starts, and breakdown after it ends. We build it, you enjoy it, we take it down.

  • No. Delivery is priced separately based on your event address [DELIVERY: flat $__ / $__ per mile / by zone] and added to your quote. You'll see your full total before you sign anything or pay anything.

  • A 30% deposit holds your date and your items. On the $500 bundle that's $150, paid when you sign the contract.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We send a reminder, and nothing goes on the truck until it's paid.

  • The earlier the better, especially for weekends — but we book same-week dates all the time. Send us your date and we'll tell you honestly whether we have it.

  • Talk to us as soon as you know. We'll work with you on rescheduling where we can. Our policy is on your contract in plain English before you pay anything.

  • Marquee letters and numbers count as one pick, so you can spell what you need. Everything else is one pick each.

  • Tell us on the form. We'll add it to your quote at à la carte pricing.
